REFUND POLICY

MAIN POINTS
● Only the cost of the product is eligible for a refund. Associated costs such as payment gateway fees or payment system fees are not refundable.
● Only the first payment of a product subscription is eligible for a refund Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
● The first payment for a product subscription is only refundable within the first 14 days after payment. After the first 14 days after payment – no refund is possible.
● The Company reserves the right to make refunds within 14 days of the User’s request.
● After the refund, the Company reserves the right to immediately deactivate the User’s license for the product for which the refund was made.
● The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the refund request was not received from the email address to which the purchase was made.
